1. Data Collection

We collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to facilitate secure transactions:

  • Discord Identifiers: We store Discord IDs solely to map user accounts to their respective balances and transaction histories.
  • Wallet Addresses: Generated deposit wallets are stored to verify incoming blockchain confirmations.

2. Hardware-Level Encryption

STANDARD: FERNET SYMMETRIC ENCRYPTION

Privacy is handled at the hardware level. All sensitive generated keys for deposit wallets are strictly encrypted inside our database using Fernet cryptography. Our administrative team has zero visibility into unencrypted private keys. Decryption occurs entirely in memory during automated sweeps.

3. The Zero-Sale Mandate

Pay.gg is a financial utility, not a data brokerage. We do not engage in tracking user behavior for marketing purposes. We strictly adhere to a No Data Selling and No Pixel Tracking policy.

4. Right to Deletion

You maintain the right to be forgotten. Users can request total data deletion at any time by opening a support ticket in our Discord server and verifying ownership of their Discord ID.
