1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pay.gg ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pay.gg is a multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet and tipping bot for Discord. The Service allows users to:

  • Create and manage cryptocurrency wallets
  • Deposit and withdraw supported cryptocurrencies
  • Send tips to other Discord users
  • View balances and transaction history
  • Create timed airdrops for community members

3. Non-Reversible Transactions

Tips, withdrawals, and airdrops are executed instantly in our database or on the blockchain. They are completely final, non-reversible, and non-refundable. Please double-check amounts and recipients before confirming any transaction menus.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Fees

Deposit Bot Fees

  • Solana 0.0002 SOL
  • Polygon 0.04 POL
  • Litecoin 0.0002 LTC
  • Stablecoins 0.02 Tokens

Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawals incur standard network gas fees paid directly to the blockchain. Additionally, a one-time blockchain rent fee (~$0.03-$0.05) is applied if the receiving Solana wallet doesn't have a specific token folder created yet.

5. Vault Locks

Funds locked in the .vault cannot be accessed until the specified time expires. This is enforced by backend logic. Support will not manually unlock funds for you under any circumstances to preserve protocol integrity.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the Service.
  • Keep your Discord account and wallet information secure.
  • Not use the Service for illegal activities or money laundering.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Service.

7. Wallet Security & Blockchain

Pay.gg generates custodial wallets for users. While we implement security measures to protect your funds, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your Discord account.

Pay.gg currently supports multiple blockchains including Solana, Polygon, and Litecoin. The list of supported chains may be updated at our discretion.

8. Pricing Data & Availability

Cryptocurrency price data is sourced from CoinGecko. While we strive for accuracy, prices displayed are indicative and may vary from actual market rates. Pay.gg is not responsible for price discrepancies.

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
